COVID-19 Update

Yes we are open but it’s not exactly business as usual. We are taking extra cleanliness measures and practicing social distancing. As a small shop with only two owner/employees Spokey Joe’s is able to adhere to the CDC guidance and Mayor McLean’s March 24th Social Distancing Order to limit gatherings to no more than 10 people and maintain 6 feet of space between individuals.  

Whenever possible we keep our doors open to keep fresh air flowing and reduce the need to touch door handles on your way in and out.

We disinfect door handles, counter-tops and the credit card processing key-pad regularly with a bleach solution and wash our hands frequently throughout the day.

As a small, accommodating shop we work with customers based on individual comfort level by offering the following:

• Disinfecting wipes and alcohol spray are provided at the register for your use
• We offer e-mail receipts instead of paper
• We spray down your bike with Isopropyl alcohol when we turn it over to you
• If you don’t want to step inside the store, we are happy to accept credit card payments over the phone and hand over bikes or product in the fresh air outside the showroom.

We ask that you do your part as well:

• Please keep distance between customers.
• Children are welcome but we ask that you instruct them to explore with their eyes and not their hands.
• And if you have a cough or a fever or show any sign of illness, please wait to see us until you’re feeling better.

NEED PRODUCT BUT DON’T WANT TO COME IN? No problem. Call us with a list of what you want or need. We’ll order it for you and will call you when it’s in. You can pick it up in-store or we’ll bring it outside to your car.
