Shipping & Return Policies
Thank you for shopping with Spokey Joe’s Bikes & Gear! Please take a moment to read through our policies for shipping, pick-up, and returns.
We ship only within the Continental U.S.
Shipping options are available for most product – some restrictions apply. In-stock items generally ship within 1 – 3 business days and items coming from our suppliers’ warehouses generally ship within 1 to 2 weeks of purchase.
Due to our dealer agreements, bikes are not eligible for shipping.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
We will call or e-mail when your order is ready for pick-up.
In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most items will be ready within one business day (check store operating days/hours), but certain items may require additional time for assembly.
Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days. Orders not picked up within 30 days will be cancelled and product returned to inventory or shipped back to supplier’s warehouse.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all items that have not been picked up within 30 days. In addition, items special ordered from a supplier’s warehouse will incur actual freight costs to return the item to the warehouse.
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to “see” your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card number. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf: Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. These providers need access to some personal information to perform their duties but are not authorized to use your information for other purposes.
Bicycles are not eligible for return.
In-Store Purchases: We will accept unused product in original packaging within 30 days for an exchange or refund. All refunds require a cash register receipt. Items that appear used or have damaged or missing packaging may incur up to a 20% restocking fee.
Return of items special ordered from supplier’s warehouse will incur the actual freight costs to return. Custom items are not eligible for return.

We will refund shipping costs only on defective items or if we sent you incorrect merchandise.
Return of items that were special ordered from supplier’s warehouse will incur freight costs to return to warehouse. Custom items are not eligible for return.
Prices and Information
We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices and descriptions in our online catalog. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where mistakes in price, stock level or product description happen, regardless of the source of the error.
